We made a brief stop at Zillah Crawcour Park, parking just off Queens Park Road with a sharp left turn from Louise Court. The views are stunning, overlooking the Barwon River bank and the cars passing over the single-lane Queens Bridge. The park is filled with clear, loud, and mixed bird sounds, including cockatoos, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. There are two jetties on either side of the river bank, making it a lovely spot to pause and take in nature. We’d definitely like to come back for a proper walk and some bird watching. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

This is a very lovely park, just off from the bridge and trail you can walk through the gum tree undergrowth and witness the local bird life, a small jetty is nearby for you to go as close as possible to the bank of the river. There is some pollution around the riverbed however.

A great spot close to the city. Two landings that kids can fish from and walking tracks both sides of the river. Separate pedestrian walkway on the bridge.

Zillah Crawcour Park runs along the Barwon River and between the Hamilton Hwy. Bike/Walking tracks Everywhere. Carpark off Louis Ct. Tables and Seats for Picnics.
