Even though it was very busy the staff were friendly and professional. The young lady that took my blood samples was exceptional, it did not hurt at all. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Have had multiple bad experiences here with careless staff members that just jab and yank out the needle. Also was charged for a test my doctor told me should be bulk billed. I have also had a couple of instances where my blood was spilled and had to retest, which is really disappointing when I am unwell and struggle to come in.
