The service was quick and the place seemed very community-oriented, however, my pharmacist came across as extremely condescending and didn't seem to trust my doctor. She also smirked when I was shocked at the price (I usually fill my scripts elsewhere, but didn't mind for a once-off, it was more her reaction to my taken-aback facial expression that put me off). I don't feel there was ill intent, and she did mean well, but I feel maybe some team-members could benefit from some extra awareness/sensitivity training. Still an all round nice little pharmacy, but just something to be aware of if the script your filling is something on the more sensitive side :)

Very convivial, helpful staff. It’s away from my East Geelong terrain; however, I would definitely go the extra distance for advice I can be confident of. I had a Shingles vaccination which went was gently & professionally administered ☺️

Had our travel consultation & vaccinations with Eleanor, who was very informative and answered our many questions. The whole process was easy (and painless!). Highly recommend her services.
