Bupa Aged Care Barrabool

I can't say enough good things about this aged care facility. From the moment my mum arrived, she were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The staff is exceptional, especially Alexandra on the floor, as well as Darcy and Kathy at the front desk who answered any questions and concerns we had. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism made a significant difference in my Mums comfort and happiness. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of engaging activities. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking top-notch care for their loved ones. A truly wonderful experience.

Our mum was admitted around 12 mths ago into Bupa Barrabool. The staff have always been very attentive and caring. If there are any issues they are discussed and resolved. There have been lots of good positive changes happening both at management, environment and care level in the last few months. My mum enjoys the outings, activities and the lovely garden environment.

My mother has been a resident at Barrabool Bupa in Geelong for eight years. In that time there have been many changes, but since we have had our new manager Crystal taking over the reigns, there has been a huge positive change in the morale over all areas of the home. With new painting & decorating throughout and upgrades with furnishing, Darcy (Front desk), Angie & Di (social team) to name just a few, the sense of a happy work environment hits you as soon as you enter the front doors. This all has a huge effect on all that reside there..... So well done to all the team X Melinda Gould

I would like to thank all the staff and management at Bupa Barrabool on behalf of my mother and the rest of our family. After coming in for respite, mum wants to stay permanently and that is a relief for us. Staff are amazing, food is first class and care services fantastic. A homely and family environment.

I cannot rate Bupa Barrabool highly enough. My mum has been a resident here for 6 months and is so well looked after, which is such comfort to me as I live interstate. There are lots of activities available and she took a while to embrace these but when she does join in, she quite enjoys herself. The food is just wonderful and I have been able to join mum for lunch every day on this visit. All the staff are wonderful and it is very evident they really care for the residents. Mum is encouraging to join the daily exercise. She has also started reading again with the large print books available. Mum has a lot more social interaction now than she did living at home alone.
