Gateway Plaza Leopold

Gateway Plaza Leopold is a great shopping centre with everything you need in one convenient location. There’s a good variety of stores, from major supermarkets and fashion outlets to specialty shops and services, which makes it really easy to get all your shopping done in one trip. The layout is spacious and easy to get around, and the centre is always kept clean and tidy. Parking is plentiful and hassle-free, which is a big plus. The staff I’ve come across in different stores have all been friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. It’s a very handy and reliable place to shop, whether you’re after everyday essentials or just want to browse

Good variety of shops. The parking absolutely terrible. It's like driving in a maze. I found the parents with pram parking ridiculous. 1. The parking spots are so narrow it's so difficult to get the baby and or kids in and out of the car. 2. You cannot reverse park up to the footpath, as there are trees and shrubs in containers either no room to even walk between them. This meant that when I was getting the pram in and out of my car I was standing on the road blocking traffic. 3. There is a MacDonald's in one corner of the car park. It does not have a dedicated entrance or exit. You must weave your way through the carpark.

Great job with Santa’s photos! The photo area looks beautiful. Loved that it was the only place around where there’s no online booking required-you just show up and stay in line (not for too long). Both Santa and the elf were so friendly and professional- highly recommend! Thank you, guys!

I went in to Kmart on 19/10 at around 4:30pm to grab 2 items and I believe it was Molly (Milly?) at the exit. I was having a really bad day and she was so sweet and kind. It was a really small interaction but she was great and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Her kindness probably saved someone that day.

Hard to decipher the logic with the owners and managers of this great shopping centre! Ongoing problems with multitude of potholes around the car parking areas. It would be a simple exercise in attending to these after hours instead of trying to make do patch up job every few weeks.
