Got to love Apco, reliably the best price in the area for fuel, they never appear to price gouge, and their stores are always well equipped with all the goodies you might need when on the go.

Absolutely furious and appalled by the dangerous negligence at this place. I specifically ordered an almond milk coffee for my young daughter, who has a dairy allergy. I made it crystal clear at the counter. Turns out it was made with regular dairy milk. My daughter got sick right after. It was a reckless mistake that could have sent her to hospital or worse. The drink was made and handed over by a middle-aged lady with dark hair who didn’t seem to care. Shame on her for treating a child’s health like an afterthought. She needs proper training or shouldn’t be making drinks at all. Zero stars if I could. Never again.

Great place, always clean and stocked. Particular shoutout to the awesome bloke who works the overnight shift. Best pricing in Geelong if you use 98 petrol as well. Would recommend.

I encountered an extremely rude staff member during my visit. While paying for fuel, I politely asked to use the toilet and was told it was “being cleaned,” which I’ve heard multiple times on previous visits. I was then told it is “not a public toilet,” which is unreasonable—service station toilets are clearly meant for customers. When I questioned why the toilet simply locked or clearly signed when cleaning is really in progress, the staff member responded with, “If you don’t like it, don’t come here.” This was shockingly disrespectful discriminative and completely unprofessional. Customers deserve basic courtesy and not hostility. It’s frustrating that APCO allows staff with such a poor attitude and lack of compassion to represent the business. If customers in Geelong are supporting APCO with their business, respect should be returned. Otherwise, there are plenty of other service stations that provide far better customer service. I have attached the picture of the receipt for higher management to review the footage if they believe, it's wrong.

I'm come here regularly and always find the guy and the middle age woman with long blond hair extremely rude and short at times, I think they need to be trained in customer courtesy. They could also smile a bit more considering we keep them in a job, I bought 2 dim Sims today and they were cold and overcooked, I threw them away. Pick up your game guys
