Bunnings Leopold is a great hardware store with a wide range of products for home improvement, gardening, and DIY projects. The store is clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to point you in the right direction or offer advice. Plenty of parking and a convenient location make it an easy place to shop.

I was an absolute spud and managed to lose my phone in the nursery section of the store - Kirstin was so incredibly helpful and absolutely saved the day!!! I have never met a more patient, helpful person, she searched high and low with me, tried calling it and kept me calm when I was stressing out. I have never see such amazing customer service, truly went above and beyond, you’ve got an absolutely amazing team member she was truly incredible. Kirstin ended up finding my phone and saving the day, I am so incredibly grateful for how patient and helpful they were! Ian and Craig were also incredible helping me search and reassuring me that I wasn’t a complete idiot (although I was). The young guy working at the checkout in the tool section was then very patient with me while I was flustered and all over the shop while checking out. Huge, huge thank you to Kirstin and the lovely team at Bunnings leopold!!!

I went to Bunnings to buy a nozzle for my internet brought hose. Ian assisted me and he was an absolute champion. When I asked him where the hose aisle was , he said he was busy , but then he came back and assisted me. After several tries, he found what I needed Right as I was about to leave. Great salesman

You can get what you need here, its just a shame its not good quality. Unless you buy a branded product. Otherwise it breaks in a day or comes already broken. Their brand is like installing temu grass and then for some unknown reason you think it looks good. Tacky and cheap products made by them. I like how online it tells me exactly which aisle and Bay to go down so thats helpful. Means I dont have to speak to staff. Its always best to avoid this look 😟😟🤔🤔
