HomeCo. Armstrong Creek Town Centre (ACTC)

Great little spot, has everything someone living in the burbs might need. Post Office is external to the center also which makes for easy access. Some funky things goin on with the carpark right now, so mind your entry and exit, but otherwise great.

Could have more variety but that is being built at present. It's new, and kept fairly clean, and for its size it does have some good options. There are restaurants, a bubble tea, great cafes, a bakers delight, reject shop, bottlo, massage place (pretty decent), green grocer that has a great variety and some interesting deli foods (veges can be hit or miss but mostly hit), Terry White (excellent service), Australia Post which had some inconsistent service but has been taken back over by Aus Post and Saturday trading hours restored, thankfully, and a few other shops of interest. The parking is currently a bit of a nightmare, while they build the next section, so I hope that will be addressed in the new construction. Feels like they could have built a parking area first, instead of people being forced to park their cars in a muddy paddock due to lack of spaces in the bitumen area. Park in the mud at your own risk, a friend almost got her hatchback stuck in there last week. Overall, it's a pretty good set of shops for a small local shopping centre, and I look forward to improved parking and new stores once the construction is finished.

Absolutely ridiculous to block off half the car park when it's already been a struggle to park at this centre regardless of works. You open a library but close the parking. You have no disabled parking or pram parking and you have blocked the pedestrian paths/ramps that make wheelchair and pram access easy. And on a side note, your centre smells like poo constantly. It's disgusting. It's a shame that some of the great small businesses in the centre are going to lose business because of poor planning. Shame on you management. I'll be going elsewhere where parking is more available.

Its my local shopping centre. 3/4 of the car park torn up for construction but lots of decent shops. Cant really fault it but nothing jumps out to say "yay this place is awesome"
