Kmart Belmont VIC

I normally love this Kmart because it’s open 24 hours and everyone is so helpful. Unfortunately today they were not! When I was checking out with multiple items of the same., I asked Ange who was on the self-serve checkout at the front of store to assist me with scanning them in as this was much more time efficient, and there were a few people waiting, she declined and felt it was more necessary that she just stood there looking on, being rather unhelpful. Going forward don’t ask Ange for help, find one of the lovely younger crew members. They have a better understanding of customer service and time Management.

Advertised as 24 hour but closed at 5/6am which is false advertising!!!!!! Very annoyed and cold

The store has exceptional quality products. However, some of the staff are ignorantly racist. I always have a staff member follow or closely monitor me at the cashier. Being a person of colour, they always make it too obvious, and I was fed up with it today. The odd staff members must be educated to offer equal and better service for all customers, regardless of their differences.

Chloe working in Christmas did such a lovely job with customers constantly asking her things while a few other workers I approached had me wait till they finished talking between each other. Thanks for the tree Chloe!

Great store, but got some horrific customer service by an employee by the name of Cooper Sharrock. For future, I only go when he is not on a shift, as so should you
