Good for a kmart, big size, good range. Staff are fairly friendly. Parking usually pretty good, and it's not too far from the shopping centre entrance. Products are usually in good condition - not damaged/dirty/opened by customers like it can be in the 24/7 stores. Trolleys are ok but sometimes have wheels that spin like ballerinas on speed.

Staff not very customer friendly Im. Not happy with customer service experience I had to call manager to have my returned with receipt sorted out It took over half hour

Horrible service I got kicked oh because my friend crash his bike and his back was sore so it hurt to bend down and get the sword that fell BECAUSE THE SHELF WASNT STACKED PROPERLY do not go to this Kmart Belmont is better

I went to Kmart in Waurn Ponds and ended up buying some dinnerware plates and bowls. The lady at the register didn’t have any paper to wrap them in to prevent them from chipping as I live 40 minutes away and instead decided to wrap them in bags. I found out later when I got home I had also been charged for those bags! So if you’re planning on buying any breakables at Kmart, I suggest taking your own newspaper to wrap them in or you’ll be charged for staff to wrap them for you. 🧐
