Target Waurn Ponds

Absolutely ridiculous for the click and collect i received today was in this condition( ripped, missing items, crossed and marked probably by a child across the item name. It was packed and taped as if intentionally trying to get rid of a faulty item. It is more callous as this is a kids item and I really hope the head office investigates this a bit better. It was equally difficult to get a refund. This is where you lose your customers, there are lots of large chain businesses who provide a better service for similar prices! I have also shared the photos under photos as the review didnt allow me to share the photos! The item was literally $9 and it would have easier to cancel my order than send out a faulty item ( which was clearly so evident)

Went into the store to return dresses 1 was to big the other to small . I had the receipt for one but not the other and they won't accept a bankcard statement for the other one 🤷‍♀️

Whoever you had on the door on the 3rd of February was absolutely lovely! Think his name was Elijah, absolutely lovely young man.

Checked operating hours on Google then went into the store only to find it shut 2 hours prior to when they had stated on the website. Said the store traded until 9pm, was shut at 7

Just wasted 15 minutes trying to find a staff member in the kids youth clothing department. There were 2 staff members having a good old chat out the back. I'm sure it was important work related topics and not what they did on the weekend. Anyway spoke to the very nice gentleman greeting customers at the front door and have now headed off to Kmart to get what I need.
