I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Miller at Rebel Sport. His customer service was honestly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. He didn’t rush me, he answered every question properly, and you could tell he really knows his products. What stood out the most was how down-to-earth and helpful he was it’s rare these days to find someone who goes above and beyond without even being asked. It was just a really lovely experience, and it made such a difference to my day. Rebel is lucky to have someone like Miller on their team, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service I received. Thank you Miller

A really poor customer experience trying to exchange a faulty cricket bat we purchased 4 months ago. Its used by child playing U13s, recently a piece of knotted wood popped out the back of the bat while at training. When I spoke to the team they said due to it being 4 months old they wont consider replacing it. They also tried to say it was my sons fault blaming an "incorrect hit" whatever that means. We cant afford to replace it unfortunately, and if we continue to use it is likely the bat will snap. Really disappointing experience and perhaps something to be aware of for parents buying their kids bats in the future if it has fault.

Same same. Never expect too much. Like bunings it's one of the few places that has what I'm looking for but service can be fantastic to woeful. Just average today. Time to pay a little more and try to shop local
