I moved house a few weeks ago and rented a van through Budget. I was served by Erika, she was absolutely amazing. So kind and explained everything well. Way better service than SIXT! Before purchasing my own van, I used Budget, SIXT and Hertz. What makes Budget better???? Three simple words... Erica, Tess Anthony. The team works. Their customer service is second to none in the rental industry in Geelong. When a roo decided he wanted to kiss my van and send my van to the panel beater for 6 months.. I had a choice... the insurance company sent me to Hertz, I said no.. they said SIXT... I said HELL NO... Budget all the way!
