As a member of the Highton Senior Citizens club fo the last six years, I cannot praise it highly enough. The fellowship and friendship makes the feeling of being lonely and isolated a thing of the past.The Club has many activities for it's members to take part in, including a monthly coach trips to various parts of Victoria, and have lunch. There is also a film show and a two course lunch every two weeks, for the price of not much more than cup of coffee.
Great fun on Saturday morning at Meditation, Movement & Dance. It is friendly, gentle exercise with great ladies. All made very welcome.
