Source: GoogleSuch great customer service. I forgot my bag, and the staff carefully wrote down every item I had left behind. When I returned after 40 minutes, they had everything recorded. I even saw the log where they keep track of items people forget. This is a great example of professionalism.
If I could give this Coles zero stars, I would. I’ve had several issues with this store and have now decided I’d rather travel to Waurn Ponds than spend another dollar here. Today, I picked up deodorant from the shelf with a yellow special sticker showing $2.50, so I grabbed two. At the checkout, they scanned at $4.50 each, the full price. Only then did I notice the small print showing the sticker had expired. When I questioned it, I was basically told “too bad” and that I couldn’t have it for the price displayed. The staff member I spoke to was quite rude and even took the deodorants out of my hands. She then pulled the sticker off the shelf and just said, “That should have been taken off yesterday.” What happened to honouring the price advertised on the shelf? This isn’t the first problem I’ve had here. I previously slipped on a grape in this store and fell, resulting in a huge bruise from my hip to my knee. It was painful and extremely embarrassing. The manager and even Coles head office showed little to no concern. At this point, I’m completely done with this Coles
I had a very disappointing experience with Uber Pickup at Coles Armstrong Creek. I waited for 30 minutes, and one staff member (I think his name was Owen) told me it would take another 30–45 minutes. He even recommended that I cancel the order. This is not acceptable customer service. If you cannot manage Uber pickup orders properly, you should not offer the service. Guys, please avoid using Uber Pickup at Coles Armstrong Creek. Very frustrating experience.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Decent coles, but had a coles worker who supervises the self service kiosks, take my items out of the basket and place them on the basket tray. I felt a bit rushed, you've got nothing to do but watch us unload our groceries, just let us do it in our own time! I felt a bit off put by this so wanted to share my annoyance sorry if this seems petty.
Lookin good ! Plenty of variety here ! This store is massive great location and abundant specials ! Better than most stores. Will be nice when the actual centre is filled out. My only problem is - one road in one road out ! This isn't just in carpark itself just the area and as the natural growth happens the spaces and roads will get choka block But as it is ! 5 star
